4.5 size 11 men’s. I used them 1 time on a 6 mile run in the park, found them to be a size too small, ordered a size up and love them, these shoes are the best. Where I bought them from did not offer any returns so that is why I am selling them here. I gave them a wash after the 1 use, still a little bit of hard to clean out dirt in the treads though.
