I have a North Face Synthetic Parka for sale, asking $80 obo including shipping to CONUS. 

It has:

- Two lower zip pockets

- External and internal zip chest pockets

- Detachable, insulated, helmet compatible hood with cinch cords on brim and sides.

- Pit zips

- Waist cinch cord.

I used it for a few seasons as my winter belay parka and it worked really well in late winter conditions (not too cold, could be sleeting on you) and it kept me dry and warm. I sized it to fit over my climbing shell (I'm 6'3" 190lbs, medium shell) and it's nice and roomy for your extra gloves and such. This would make for a really good first ice climbing belay parka for someone getting into it, it was my first real one and it passed the test of standing at belays in huntington's ravine getting spat on by a nor'easter numerous times.

It has an ember melt on the inside back that melted through some of the insulation material but didn't go all the way to the shell so wont affect performance.
