Great for those of you living in small spaces but still like to keep your gear organized instead of fishing through a bin to find what you need. Rack could be modified to be free standing but it fits perfectly behind the shelves shown here, which would be included. Vasque Goretex Light Mountaineering / heavy Hiking boots - size 10/43 EUR - $75
USED. Used as my first pair of mountain boots, and have a few days of ice climbing on them, plus one or two days of snow hiking. Nowadays I have a better pair of mountain boots, though almost anytime I'm on snow I'm on ski boots anyway. Good shape, barely used. Haven't used in a while but I'd bet they're still fully waterproof

2009 Subaru Forester - $1985
USED. Used once or twice. About 173K miles on it. A few scratches here and there but mostly still in good condition, except for the part about the engine and how it needs a new one. Took on a few alpine trips but didn't pack super well in my 65 liter pack and I decided I liked the fit better of other newer models. Fully waterproof and windproof. Guaranteed to keep you dry in a downpour due to it's metallic frame construction, as opposed to those flimsy goretex fabrics.

Rab Neutrino Pro down parka/jacket - size M - $210 shipped 
Like new. MSRP is $375. I bought this one for myself as a beefy down jacket for around camp on shoulder season days, or for ice belays, but I'm considering getting another jacket instead. I think I took the tags off but I haven't used it outside, only once inside for about an hour. Super warm 800 fill down. Price firm, I'll keep it if it doesn't sell at this price

USED. Well used but tons of life left. Probably shrunk a tiny bit from dryer cycles. Packs into its own pocket

USED. Older rain jacket from the north face. Probably 10 or so years old. Not quite fully waterproof but still good weather protection and packs down small-ish. Stuffs in separate stuff sack

C4 Stealth dotted rubber circles - $5
A friend gave me these a while ago. Leftovers from a project he did. Someone creative could attach these to something and make something cool with them. Same rubber than the old Five Ten (pre-Adidas) Guide Tennies had on the soles.
