I have a brand new Montbell Permafrost Parka for sale.
It is size XL but fits more like a Large.

I had tried on the Large when purchasing it and it was too tight.

Purchased earlier this year and never used except to try on around the house,
selling as purchased a Rab Neutrino Plus.
