I'm looking for a watch to track my runs.  Looking for something with integrated GPS and either a built-in heart rate monitor or compatibility with ANT+/Bluetooth HR monitors.  As the title says, I have small wrists so I'd prefer something on the smaller side.  I'm hoping to pay under $150, but can go higher for the right watch.
