Long story, trained hard lost weight bought size 31 jeans, broke ankle, gained weight never wore them.  I've held on to them for five years so they've been washed a few times.  The light blue ones say 31x32, I measured the inseem with a tape measure at 31 inches (hard to figure where to measure with the crotch gusset).  The dark blue pair just say 31, I measured the inseem wiht the tape measure at about 29.5 inches.  I don't think they were ever hemmed, I think that's shrinkage from washing them. $25 each shipped continental US or $45 for both.
