These are from my rack when I was climbing in the 80's.  I have been using them on and off (no pun intended) but am moving into aid climbing and started purchasing all new cams.  The weight starts to add up when your racking tomahawks, cams, stoppers, etc..I had them re-slung 2 months ago at mountain tools(great site) using 15mm nylon @ 7.50 each.   The sizes are #1 x2, #1.5, #2, #2.5, #3, #4.  I used them primarily at the Gunks.  The #1 is bomber in the overhang on Apoplexy. I used them on the Flatiron Boulder CO.  a few years back with my son, so Yes, I trust them.
