The Big Agnes Fly Creek UL 1 was only used for 2 quick backpacking trips. There really isn't any major wear on the tent, rainfly, poles, stakes, or footprint apart from a little dirt (which could be easily cleaned). The footprint has "top" and "bottom" written on it and the stakes included are from Nemo Equipment - I found them to hold better than the original stakes. There are some nicks and scratches on the stuff bag. I apologize for the poor pitching as the tent is semi free standing so it needs to be staked out to work best (hard to do inside), but the pictures should give a general idea of the quality and condition. The tent is actually quite spacious for 1 and should fit just about any sleeping pad ( I used it with a rectangular one with  dimensions of 80"x26")
