REI Elements Waterproof and Breathable shell designed for the bicyclist. Designated women's XL however its hard to distinguish the gender difference in its design. The zipper pull is on the right side track and the cut is not fuller at the hips. I wear a men’s medium and it fits very well. It is a fuller cut so under layers can be added. The jacket is not a feather weight wind shell but rather a full featured shell for cooler, stormy weather.

- Pit zips, zipper backed with a draft flap, Velcro closure cuffs, high collar, zippered rear pocket with storm flap and a Velcro secured drop down rear spray panel that extends over the seat.

The Bad – The REI Elements W/B laminate is beginning to deteriorate. Although not severe and largely still there, it is separating as tiny, white-pepper-like specks. Should be returnable to REI if troubling.

That being said – The seam taping is in good shape and while the jacket may not provide the original full waterproof protection, water still beads on the exterior surface which is in very good condition. No holes or stains. Color is mustard. Asking $22.00 shipped.
