Nylon Taffeta uppers with Cordura nylon soles and lower sidewalls.

Booties are in very good condition overall.  One has a very small fabric pull on the top front which has been covered with clear Tenacious Tape. The left foot sole has a fabric slit which has been covered with black Tenacious tape with added seam grip. Otherwise the soles have general wear but no further repair is needed. Booties are clean and without stains except there is what appears to be a 1/2" long magic marker line on one of them.
