Sourced a few of these and find them to be the ideal spoon for backpacking. Bamboo is a great material for this application as it does not conduct heat so you won't get burned, will not absorb any flavors, and is naturally anti-microbial.

These spoons each vary slightly in weight from 10g - 15g, and are approx 8" in length (there is also a slight variation in length spoon-to-spoon).
