This is an early Tarptent Rainbow model.  It’s been well cared for over the years.  Still in good condition.  Great single skin, silicon impregnated nylon solo tent.  About as roomy a lightweight solo tent as you can find both in terms of square footage and head room.  Great for tall campers.

• Weighs about 35-36 ozs., including stakes, ridge pole, and stuff sack.
• Floor dimensions of current model are: 38″ x 88″= 23.2 sq. ft. with floor a bit wider and longer if extended.  This version is about the same.
• Slightly over 40″ head room.
• Roomy gear vestibule
• Can be made free standing with hiking poles
• I’ve seam sealed it and never had leaks.  Also painted seam sealer on floor to reduce slipping.
• Wide enough to fit 2nd camper in tent in a pinch.
• A few signs of wear include:  2 very small small, patched tears on roof (see bottom photo).  They have been used in rain and do not leak.  The clip to raise the sides of the bathtub floor is missing in two corners, and 1-2 tiny holes in floor that are patched.
• One difference from current models includes: velcro rather than zipper closure on vestibule,  This works fine and I’ve never had water leak with it.  A few other small differences in the way the cross pole and ridge pole are threaded.  Doesn’t change functionality.   Should be visible in photos.
