Brand new. I got it, cut the tag off, put in a chalk ball, and only then did I stuff my hands in and realize that my #3 Camalot sized hands don't fit no good. I then ordered the larger size bag and it's awesome for me, but this C40 is better for someone with smaller/#2-sized hands. Literally this is brand new outside of having a chalk ball in it for about 60 seconds.
