I bought this to use as a day pack but I determined that a pack with a bit more structure is a better fit as a day pack for me. I think this pack has just the right amount of features and nothing more or less. My recommendation is to use this pack with a hydration bladder, as too much weight in the side pockets causes some old weight distribution.
CONDITION: Used only a few times for day hikes. There is some staining from liquids on the side pockets. Besides that, basically no other signs of wear.
