La Sportiva Katana lace, size 40.  They're in great shape, still have good performance, and still good and stiff (that's what she said?).  They are on their first resole, and have life before needing another one if that's the route you want to take.  For reference, I wear a 40.5 in TC Pros (comfy/performance, not an all day fit), 40 in katana velcro, 41 in scarpa, and 8 in five tens.  $90/shipped, cheaper for local pick up in Boulder area.
