I bought this from ULA about 1 year ago but have never used it.  It has not even been loaded with gear.  All of the accessories are included.  I unclipped the hand loops, water bottle holders and other accessories but they are all included with the pack.  Black with orange.  I paid $280 plus tax and shipping.  Selling for $220 shipped within the continental US.
