Great shape. Photo doesn't show the brain but I have it and its also in great shape. I typically run it with the flap jack and no brain.
The size is S/M and you can adjust the torso length. I am 5'10 165 size 32 inch waist and I have a short torso length. I wear it on the short 20% of the adjustment range and hip belt typically gets tightened to about 80% of it's available range.
