I am a beginner mountaineer and am looking to get into the sport. I have a mountaineering class scheduled for early May on Mt. Baker, and I would like to get some used gear to be prepared for the trip. I was hoping to spend somewhere between $100-150 combined for the crampons and ice axe. I am looking to buy a decent used 70 cm ice axe and a used pair of steel crampons for a size US 11.5 shoe.
