[WTS] MYOG synthetic quilt

Last year I wanted to see what using a quilt instead of a sleeping bag is all about so I decided to make one myself. Turns out I like sleeping bags better.

For anyone also curious about quilts, this would be awesome (and cheap) way to try them out. I'm hoping to recoup the material costs for this. Shipping is from BC, Canada, but I'm happy to send it to the US as well.

Some stats:

Weight: 1294g or 2.85lbs

Filling: two layers of Apex, one 2.5oz and one 7.5oz

Estimated comfort temperature rating: -3ºC or 26ºF

Fits person up to 175cm tall with material left to pull up to your head

C$100 or US$80 including shipping

I'm an extremely cold sleeper and this has kept me cozy down to -1ºC overnight temps. I've never taken it lower than that, but based on Apex's rating combined with EE's layering estimates it should be able to drop down a lot lower, but definitely don't quote me on that.

Footbox is sewn closed.

Has been used on trail for 3 nights. Always stored uncompressed.

Comes with a wonky pad attachment system I made, but you'll definitely have to make some adjustments to it yourself to make it work. Also comes with a mismatched sleeping bag compression sack I had lying around.
