Alright – finally clearing out some of the crazy lightweight gear in favour of heavier, cozier alternatives (I guess I’m going soft, but I love it, what can I say).

On the menu:

1. Zpacks Duplex. 2015 version, but with updated with door toggles. One tent-door hook needs to be replaced – they’re super cheap, $3.50 each from Zpacks (http://www.zpacks.com/accessories/door_hooks.shtml). The bug netting has a few very small holes in it – nothing that a mosquito can fit through yet, but it’s something to keep an eye on. See the attached photos. Apart from that, no tears, rips, or holes in the tent – everything looks workhorse sharp. Also includes 10x 6.5″ tough titanium stakes, and 2 carbon fibre folding tent poles (48″ each). Fantastic tent, but I don’t use it enough to warrant keeping it – and I find myself more willing to trade weight for comfort these days.

2. Zpacks 20* Bag (Slim/Long). Like new, long/slim, with draft tube. Weighs 20oz without stuff sack. No defects, stored decompressed, and in impeccable condition. Smooth as silk. I’m 135lb and 5’8″, and this fits me great. Again, I don’t use it enough to justify the cost, and would prefer something more flexible, like a quilt. But this bag has kept me plenty toasty on cold forest nights. Cost $395 new. Asking $300+s/h to Canada/US
