I am selling a brand new never used Arc Scout DCF fabric with x-small hip belt and no additional accessories. I ordered both the Scout and the Blast because I wasn't sure which would fit me since I measure right between the sizes (16.5-18" depending on who measured me). They both fit, but I felt the blast fit a little better. I'm a 5'5" female with kind of short legs, so I guess my torso is on the long side.

Actual weight on my scale is 19.3oz or 548g.

I can still return it for a full refund,  but I figure I'd see if anyone wants to buy it here first due to the 5 week lead time.

Selling for what I paid ($325) plus actual shipping cost which when plugging in numbers to usps.com seems to be $8-18 depending where in the country it's going.
