Selling my Akto that has an estimated 20-25 nights of use. No rips holes or tears. Non smoking house. It has never been seam sealed and has never needed it. After each trip I hose it down and dry it thoroughly. Because of the sticky silicone impregnated fabric not all bits of dirt come off without actually scrubbing it to death which is something I don’t bother with because it means nothing in terms of performance. Included is the Akto Footprint, 10 Hilleberg Stakes and  Pole bag with extra section of pole for possible field repairs.
