FS: MLD Duomid CF, GG SpinnTwinn Tarp, Tarptent Squall 2

Hey there,

I’ve been off the BPL radar for the last year or so mostly because I’ve started adding “luxuries” back into my pack and not worrying about every ounce (or pound) that goes into my gear.  I also got married last June to a great woman who loves to backpack which means that most of my 1+ shelters don’t really work for the two of us.  So I am selling the items listed below.

I can take pictures on Tuesday morning and send them via email if you’re interested.  Please respond by emailing me at , don’t PM me.  Payment will be thru paypal in a way that the buyer incurs all fees.  Shipping costs are included in the posted price.

Mountain Laurel Designs Duomid CF:  13.9oz, .75 Cuben Fiber, Light Green with bright orange guy line.  I bought this brand new a couple years ago and love the simplicity of the set up, the extra room for one person and being a little more connected to the outside but with 360 degree protection.  I’ve used it for approximately 20 nights and it’s in great shape.  *Disclaimer:  I might have burned a small hole near the bottom of the shelter while burning the ends of the guylines.  I say “might” not because I’m trying to be shady but because I can’t remember if it was this shelter or another one that I gave to my friend.  I will check on Tuesday and let all interested parties know then.  If that is the case then I will reduce the price some. PRICE: $350

All weights and specs are taken from the MLD website.

Gossamer Gear SpinnTwinn Tarp:  Great shape.  Purchased from another BPL member and used for one night.  It’s super light and easy to pack.  Has the original stuff sack and guy lines are attached.  Seam sealed. Weights and specs are on the following BPL review:

PRICE: $110

Tarptent Squall 2: Originally purchased in July of 2015 for me and my wife’s honeymoon trip (Evolution Loop or North Lake/South Lake).  We used it for 6 nights.  It’s been seam sealed.  No rips or tears, great condition.  Very spacious but I didn’t like the front entry so I’m looking for a side entry shelter for two people now.  PRICE: $200

All weights and specs taken from the Tarptent website.  The tent will weigh more now that it’s been seam sealed but I don’t own a scale anymore so I can’t give you an exact weight.
