I am the second owner. Purchased off the forum a year or so ago. I've used it 4 nights. Not sure about the previous owner. No rips or holes. Has been seem sealed by previous owner. I've had it in a light rain with no leaks. Great tent. Wife just wants something different. You can PM me with any questions. $190 shipped.
