Excellent Condition - no problems of any kind. Used only 10 nights and always with a ground cloth. We'll throw in the 4 additional stakes we used to make the tent extra secure, for a total of 8 stakes. A terrific UL tent for 2 people! My 6' 5" husband and I both fit comfortably. We set it up with only one trekking pole (see photo), but it can also be done with 2 for additional stability - TarpTent site has images.
