This quilt kit is about 100$ from Thru-hiker plus I had it stitched together by the best tailor in the SF; a place called the Knitting Factory in Milbrae that was voted best of the bay.

I bought it when Thru-hiker was selling Climashield Apex in 1.5" and 3" thick sheets. So one could speculate that this quilt is a little bit beefier than what's for sale now; 5 oz per square yard Apex.

It has Momentum 50 on both sides of the quilt which is less than 1oz per square yard. It was designed to zip completely shut as a waterproof bivy. The bottom, side and top all zip shut. The quilt us 4'X7' since that was the size that was for sale at the time.

I have had this quilt for over a year. I've used it multiple times and it has been in the washer dryer multiple times.
